What's Included?
Every Pony Party includes:
🦄 Grooming and preparing the ponies
🦄 Learning basic pony care skills
🦄 One 30min group riding sessions in our arena per child (max 4 children per group)
🦄 One 30min group trekking session per child (max 4 children per group)
🦄 Pony themed games/activities
🦄 Untacking and caring for the ponies after riding
🦄 Time to celebrate with food and birthday cake (Food items not provided)
Party Structure:
The overall structured party time will be 3 hours plus free time at the end for your refreshments.
Children may be split into smaller groups to ensure everyone gets plenty of time with the ponies.
Depending on party size a parent/organiser may be asked to supervise a group of children who are not riding whilst staff facilitate the ridden group.
While one group is riding, the other groups take part in activities such as:
🦄 Pony themed crafts
🦄 Pony care tasks
🦄 Grooming sessions
🦄 Horse knowledge activities
This keeps the party engaging and active throughout the day.
Food & Refreshments:
We provide a designated picnic area where food and birthday cake can be enjoyed after the activities.
Food is not supplied and should be brought with you.
In wet weather, we are able to provide an indoor space for use.
Party Size Our Pony Parties are designed for:
Minimum 4 Children. Maximum 12 Children.
This ensures every child has a fantastic experience and plenty of time with the ponies.
Price is £50 per child.
Minimum £200 charge.

Safety First:
We provide riding helmets and ask that children wear sensible footwear ideally with a small heal such as wellingtons or boots.
All riders are matched with suitable ponies and supervised by our experienced team.
We provide riding leaders where required and all activities are conducted within our safety procedures.
